MPOB周三报告八月底库存185万吨,同比上月降低6.5%
DJ Malaysia''s End-August Palm Oil Stocks 1.85M Tons; Dn 6.5%
KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones)--Malaysia's palm oil exports rose 4.6% on month to
1.47 million metric tons in August, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board said
Wednesday.
The country exported 1.40 million tons of palm oil in July.
In its monthly report, the MPOB said the crude palm oil output rose 2.5% to
1.59 million tons in August. The output totaled 1.56 million tons in July.
Palm oil stocks totaled 1.85 million tons at the end of August, down 6.5% on
month.
The stocks are much below market expectations, pegged around 2.0 million
tons.
At the end of July, palm oil stocks were at 1.98 million tons.
